We got great value for our money at Maison Lapopie! The Terre Room was absolutely charming, with a private terrace and beautiful floral entrance. The location in the medieval village was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It provided a quiet and private retreat, while still being within walking distance of the popular areas. The owners, a delightful couple, were responsive and offered great recommendations for exploring the beautiful Lot Valley. We would enthusiastically return for a longer stay, either in the gîte or the neighboring chambres d'hôtes.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with a convenient parking lot nearby and easy access to the village. It made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable.

One thing that could have been improved was the communication upon arrival. It was a bit confusing to figure out which parking lot to go to and which room was ours, and the language barrier made it a bit challenging.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the breathtaking view and the superb location. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and they truly made my experience special. The breakfast, which was served in a hamper, was a delightful treat that I thoroughly enjoyed. the unique and beautiful decorations in each room, along with the high-quality linens and bath towels, added a luxurious touch to my stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the shower area. The shower itself was too big for the space, resulting in the outside of the shower getting wet and requiring extra towels to mop up.
